Finding Your Studio’s Nimbly Storefront
The quickest and easiest way to find your studio’s storefront is by using the direct URL provided by your studio. This will take you directly to the appropriate store and you will be buying dancewear in no time.

If you do not have your studio’s direct URL handy, you can visit www.shopnimbly.com and click the dancer link on the homepage. This will take you to our studio search. Type in your studio name and/or location, and it will display a list of Nimbly studios. Select your studio from the list and you will be at the appropriate store and ready to shop.
Account Setup
Nimbly requires consumers to set up a family account before shopping. This is so that the studio knows who has ordered and allows us to label orders by dancer.

Set your account up in a snap by clicking the login link at the top of the page and inputting your email in the “create a new account” field. Answer a few more questions about your address and the dancers in your family and you will be ready to order.

Once you have an account, you may log in anytime to view your order history, status, and update information about your family and studio.
Ordering
Purchase directly from your studio’s Nimbly storefront by following these steps:
From List:
  • Select class/dress code list from studio’s ShopNimbly.com homepage. Finding your list is easy! Simply search for your specific class, or filter by department.
  • Go through each product to select appropriate size/color, assign it to a dancer in your family, then click to add it to your shopping cart. The dress code list will then advance to the next product on the list.
  • When you are finished shopping the entire dress code list, you can move on to a different list or check-out.
  • Nimbly processes, fulfills, and ships your order according to the shipping preferences of your studio store. See "Shipping and Handling" section below for details.

From the Full Store:
Some studios elect to offer all available products to their dancers for purchase. If your studio has elected to have a full store, click the “Browse Dancewear” link to view and purchase any product in the store at 10% off the retail price.

Sales tax is collected based on the location of your studio at checkout.
Shipping and Handling
Nimbly ships products to your home address or to the studio’s address depending on your studio’s preference.

Ship dancewear to home: If your studio allows shipping to your home address you will pay $5.25 per order and $.75 per item for shipping. Your Nimbly order will arrive at your home within 2-7 business days.

Ship dancewear to studio: If your studio elects to only allow shipping to their studio, you will pay shipping of $3.50 per order. Your Nimbly order will arrive at your studio bagged and labeled for your dancer within 10 business days.

The shipping preference of your studio's Nimbly store will be communicated at check out.

Costumes are always shipped to the dance studio to ensure accurate and on-time delivery. Nimbly charges a handling fee based on when your item is ordered.

You may check the status of your Nimbly order at any time through the order history link in your account. Items on your order will have one of the following statuses:
  • Payment Successful = your payment has been processed and your order has been received.
  • Invoiced = your item has been picked and prepped for shipment.
  • Shipped = your item has shipped.
Return/Exchange Policy
All Nimbly stores accept returns and exchanges on Dancewear, and exchanges on Costumes within 30 days of order shipment. Tights are not eligible for return.
Both returns and exchanges must be requested by consumer within 30 days of order shipment through our online RMA form. Consumers can initiate an RMA through the Order History section of their account.
  • Exchanges are processed as new orders and you will select a substitute product at the time of filling out the RMA. The transaction will be processed as a new order. For both returns and exchanges, your refund will be credited to the credit card used to place the order within 15 business days of receipt of return.
  • Items being sent back must be in new condition with intact original packaging.
  • Labeling Rules: Upon completing the RMA form, you will receive a pre-paid UPS return label via email. Returned items must ship in a cardboard shipping box unless they are soft goods such as ballet shoes, leotards, skirts, shorts, pants, or socks. Hard goods, such as all shoe boxes, must be packed inside a shipping box or we will not accept the product. Do not tape or damage your shoe box or the item will be refused. Print your RMA Summary and include it inside the package.
  • Use the free return shipping label to ship your return/exchange to the address provided with the RMA #.

Initiate an RMA using the following:
  • Log into your account at www.ShopNimbly.com
  • In the “ My Account” pulldown menu, click “Orders” to view your Order History.
  • Click on the Order Number that contains the product(s) you wish to return or exchange.
  • In the Actions column of the line item you wish to return, click the Return link.
  • Complete the steps to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Note: Please make sure to click the submit button before you print the RMA summary.
  • Complete order for the replacement items.
  • Our warehouse processes refunds within 20 days of product receipt.
